Vintage Fun Fair in Dulwich, London
Carters Steam Fair has been in Dulwich for the last two weekends and we all, children and grownups, have truly enjoyed it. We loved the impressive collection of antique and classic rides and games of this fair. Everything is beautifully restored and in excellent condition. One afternoon at the Carters Steam Fair is like an interesting walk in the past.

Barcelona with children
I have been asked many many times about places to go to with children in Barcelona, my hometown. I am very happy to say that from now on I will be able to point you directly to this beautiful guide for adventurous parents called #RutaMmmp created by Mammaproof.

Beautifully designed, it reminds a yellow moleskine diary, it contains 50 family friendly places where to go with your kids - restaurants, coffee shops, libraries, yoga centres, book shops, clothing shops, toys shops... The guide includes a map of the city indicating where each of those 50 places are. It also shows where are all the best parks, playgrounds, museums...

Although it is written in Spanish, it is a very intuitive guide since it includes lots of pictures and icons indicating prices, offered services, minimum age required, etc.

Furthermore, the guide offers 10 ideas for activities and games which children can play while waiting for a table at a restaurant; traveling by bus from one place to another...
The second edition of the guide will be available online in September for only 6 euros! Meantime, if you are planning to go to Barcelona this Summer, you can browse their website. It is full of family-welcome places.
